Roasted Cauliflower.

I hate cauliflower. It looks gross. The texture is weird. It's bland. It's just all around gross.
HOWEVER. My aunt Jo made some oven roasted cauliflower the other day and I've now become obsessed. I just cooked up a bunch for lunch that I'm dipping in some delicious hummas. Seriously it's so good. I thought I'd share my recipe with you I keep seeing recipes pop up all over for it. It's even in this months foodnetwork magazine! It's the next... uhm.... [insert popular vegetable here].
Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Need:
Cauliflower
Olive oil
Garlic salt
Onion poweder
Pepper

What to do:
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut and wash cauliflower. Cover a baking sheet or roasting tin (I used my 8x8 in pan) with tin foil (easy clean up). Toss in cauliflower and drizzle on olive oil. Then season to taste with Garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Let roast for about 20 minutes checking after about 10 to give them a little shake and rotate. Boom. You're done.

Yeah. That easy folks. Hope you enjoy!!!
