Skin Care

Skin care should be one of the most important parts of your daily routine. I'll be the first to admit that I have to really work at this subject. With so many different products it's hard to know what to buy and what to skip. I've done a lot of research and buying of different products to figure out what works best.

-Water, drink lots and lots of water. I personally don't like water. there's no taste and well who wants to drink something that has no taste. A good way to get yourself to drink more is to cut up some fruit and toss it in. Keep it refrigerated and it'll be delish!

-Keep it natural! One thing I've learned when dealing with your skin is the more natural the better. If you keep putting more and more chemicals on your skin eventually the natural chemicals and oils in your skin will disappear and when you skip a day or switch products your skin will freak out. Also, everything you put on your skin will absorb into your body and who wants all that stuff in you?!

-exfoliate. It's important to scrub your skin and get rid of all the dead skin cells and dirt and crap your skin sucks up all day. One of my favorite is mixing 2 parts honey with 1 part sugar. This is seriously my 911 face fixer-upper. I'll put it on at night and then the next morning my skin is already better!

-Moisturize! for some reason I always thought that since I had pretty normal-oily skin I never needed to moisturize. This is not true. All skin types should. If you moisturize your skin doesn't have to work as hard to produce more oil to keep you skin at a "normal" level.

-SUN SCREEN. This might be even more important that any other tip. Skin cancer is NO JOKE. I know we're young and some don't burn easily but it still effects your skin. Skin damage is the leading cause for wrinkles. So to keep yourself looking young lather up baby.

My Products.
I love this stuff. I use it every other day and it's bomb.com
 After this I use:
I use this Every day after the St. Ives to make sure I got everything then on the days that I don't use it in order to give my skin a break but still clean it up.
Next I use:
I also use this every day.
next:

Love this stuff. It keeps my skin even toned and the Vitamin C is wun-da-ful for your skin!
Neexxxt:
I use this at night after I use my toner. I use another one for the day time.
I know this isn't all natural but i love this stuff. I put this on every morning before I put my makeup on. It's SPF 15 and has loads of anti-oxidants that help prevent aging.
I know this is a huuuuge long post but skin care is important and you gotta keep it up!!
