My class is done people! What the heck do I wear to a wedding?!

Alright. I know I've been slacking people and I'm sorry, truly. However, tis' a joyous day in my life because my class is over and I have a my life back To my surprise most of my friends are still talking to me after this long abandonment. So that is exciting... I won't spend what's left of my summer sitting around staring at my wall! WHEW -insert claps, snaps, and screams for that here!- To celebrate, I went to a friends wedding tonight. This wedding was especially wonderful because it was GORGEOUS and it was a couple who I went to high school with so it was like a reunion of everyone you wanted to see. The reception was outdoors and it was hot. I don't think I'll need to work out for a week after how much I sweat dancing. (no one would slow dance because we had to touch all the sweat of others haha) Any who, after many dresses and texts to other people going I decided on a blue silk dress from H&M which is becoming my go to wedding dress. I also decided to go with gladiator sandals because I knew I'd be dancing it up and I have a problem with feet so taking mine off was not an option. I also wore a pearl head band which I haven't been able to find for a whole year and I just found it the other day. Let me say, nothing feels as good as finding something you lost or think you'll never see again. --I had a really good day that day needless to say.
*** REMEMBER: you will be meeting people you have never met before, so dress how you want them to remember you and don't be "that girl" from stories. It's awkward and you may think people talking about you is a good thing but I promise they're probably not saying nice things. For example tonight, we had the club girl. Every time the breeze picked up a little I made sure I wasn't looking in that general direction just to avoid what i might had seen had I been looking towards her. Marilyn Monroe's dress flying up picture is super PG compared to this. You might as well be looking at a picture of a nun. Also, dress for your body. Don't try to fit into things that other girls are wearing to try to be "cute" like them. Who cares about what size it is as long as what you wear flatters you and makes you feel beautiful. The size system is so screwed up in America I can't begin to tell you! I know if my mom's like, "OOO! I found something that would look really cute on you"! My response is, "Well, where's it from"? Everything is different and what matters it what you have looks great on you and you're not squeezing into something that you can't breathe in when one size up you look like DAYYYUMMM Can I have yo' numba? You're BEAUTIFUL and if you think so everyone else will too =-D
