DIY: Skirt.

Hi lovelies! So First day of school and a panic attack is now behind me and the first day of my awesome cotton class that I told you all about before starts today!! Now back to the panic attack... I found out yesterday in my pattern class that our teacher is also having us design and produce our own line just like the cotton class..... for those of you who didn't put that together as I did yesterday as she was informing us of this news that means I have to design and produce not one, but two lines. Yep. I started breathing heavy, my hands got sweaty, a little queasy and even a little light headed. Needless to say I was freaking out. So you'll get to see 2 lines coming from this girl this semester. I promise to keep my blog up because it's one of the few things that keeps me sane in my crazy life!
To the skirt! I've been looking for a great tutorial video for you guys for a while now because skirts are one of the easiest thing you can make and who doesn't want a closet full of skirts! I make them quite often and spend between $5-$10 per skirt which is WAY better than the $30+ most skirts are these days. So I hope you enjoy and go buy some fabric!! (also check the sale/remnant sections for fabric! it's a great way to get a cute skirt for SUPER cheap.)
