It's a skirt! Nope! It's a dress!

So this is what happened. I wanted to wear my sea foamish tank top with a skirt but I didn't like it with any of my skirts. So, I threw it on over a dress, folded it up and belted it. Boom my dress is now a skirt. Holla fo' a dolla. While I was assembling this I realized I now have SO MANY SKIRT OPTIONS. I'm excited. Hope Ya dig.
